TERMS OF SERVICE

★ I do NOT work for exposure, digital currency, NFT reselling or NFT promotion of ANY KIND
★ Payments are accepted via PayPal or Ko-Fi in USD
_{Canada only: Interac E-Transfer is accepted in CAD alternatively!}
★ 50% of the total payment is made before the commission process, and the remaining half will be made after completion of the work
★ Commercial use of my work will cost an extra percentage fee. Details will be discussed in private
_{Unauthorized commercial use of my work will result in a ban from ever commissioning me again}
★ Refunds are only offered in the case of cancellation prior to completion. Further details will be discussed privately
★ Clients requesting a NSFW commission MUST be 18+
★ Work In Progress images will be sent for feedback purposes! MAJOR CHANGES are only allowed during the sketch phase
★ I retain the copyright to my work and require attribution/credit in any repost of my work!_{By contacting me for a commission, you are agreeing to these terms and will be held responsible if they are broken.}

COMMISSION PROCESS + GENERAL NOTES

★ Potential clients are encouraged to privately contact me on any platform, though Twitter or Discord is preferred for faster response time
★ After paying 50% of the total commission cost, the client will be sent a rough sketch for corrections and approval. Depending on the complexity of the commission, multiple sketches will be provided for the client to choose from for the final artwork.
★ MAJOR CHANGES are only allowed to be made during the sketch phase.
_{MINOR CHANGES: Changing hair elements - Small details - Eye/mouth positioning - Colours - etc.
MAJOR CHANGES: Changes to the pose - Outfit - Hairstyle - etc.}
★ Visual character references are greatly preferred! Clients may send a detailed written description as well if needed :)
★ Time taken for the completion of the commission varies depending on the complexity of the commission. The standard wait-time is 2-3 weeks, but more complex commissions may take up to 2 months. Feel free to ask for a time estimation!
_{I am a full-time post-secondary student! Please expect occasional delays during busy seasons!}
★ Client will be notified if the commission will take longer than expected!
★ If the commission is on a tight deadline, a $30 rush fee will be added to the total!
★ The client is free to request updates on the commission at any given point during the process
★ Once the commission is completed and the client pays the remaining 50%, the finished artwork will be sent via Google Drive in private messages or E-Mail!

I have the right to retain screenshots of the commission conversation as a protective system in the case of slanderous remarks. By messaging me, you are agreeing to my terms and will accept the enforced penalties if you fail to follow through. Penalties include: cancellations, the potential of no refund, black listing, and artists beware post. The refusal of refunds is only applicable if the commission experience is incredibly deplorable due to your behavior. Understand that I am a human first and an artist second. I have the right to refuse to work with anyone who talks down to me, treats me poorly, makes me uncomfortable, sexualizes, or objectifies me. If I choose to take a penalizing action, I will send a courtesy message explaining what led to the cancellation and any other action. As a protective measure, I will screenshot evidence and the courtesy message to justify slander.

★ NSFW commission requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. This means any and all requests will be evaluated for approval by me before pursuing the commission.
